Weather & What to Pack

Late June in Adelaide Hills brings cool to cold conditions, with temperatures typically ranging from 8-15°C. Expect crisp winter mornings with potential for rain or fog, particularly at higher elevations near Mount Lofty Summit. Dress in layers with moisture-wicking base layers and a lightweight waterproof jacket. The summit can be significantly colder and windier than the start locations. Early starters should bring a warm layer for pre-race waiting. Hydration remains important despite cooler temperatures, with aid stations positioned throughout the course.
